A minimal charge of $2.00 for shipping and handling provides the customers' order to be packaged and shipped via first class mail. If additional service and or speed is required, please contact the shipping department at 1.800.508.1363.
The $2.00 charge is good for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Canada. Please e-mail us for additional shipping rates to other countries. We ship next day, products in 2 to 3 days.
Attention Canadian Customers:
Canada Customs, be advised we know you love Toiletta, however there is usually a delay with customs in your county. The only complaint we have had regarding that situation is Customs takes their time. We have no control over that time delay, however they always get delivered.

Warranty Policy
- All products are cover with 1 year warranty.
Return Policy
- You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Home Town Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
- Purchaser must request an RMA prior sending package back to Home Town Products.

- If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item
